FRD Performance Motorsport (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager/E-Commerce Manager to lead social media efforts and drive online sales.

You will manage accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada, and craft monthly content calendars with engaging posts, Reels, and videos. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing or advertising, with proven digital marketing, performance marketing, and content strategy across multiple channels.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to assess campaign performance
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital acumen with hands-on experience in paid media, social media strategy, programmatic advertising, and data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create visually compelling branding materials, reports, and presentations.
• Passionate, hands-on, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM is a plus
• Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit and strong problem-solving and innovation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shopee, Lazada.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content across platforms (posts, videos, Reels, Story, Shorts).
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement; respond appropriately.
• Maintain consistent brand image, messaging, and tone across all digital platforms.
• Plan and produce creative content suitable for different social media platforms.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing requirements.
• Develop short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts; longer-form YouTube content when appropriate.
• Identify and utilise current social media trends to increase reach and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business and sales objectives.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Develop target audiences and campaign strategies; monitor budgets, performance, ROI; conduct A/B testing.
