Job summary

MOCHI Technologies, a Kuala Lumpur-based software company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to guide customers from onboarding to long-term success, ensuring they gain real value from our AI-powered business growth tools.

You’ll run weekly onboarding and virtual support sessions, be the first contact via WhatsApp and Zoom, and help clients set up, use, and tailor features while building strong relationships to boost retention.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; full training provided.
• 2–3 years of customer support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients via WhatsApp & Zoom.
• Conduct weekly software onboarding & virtual support sessions.
• Guide customers through setup, usage & feature customisation.
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate bugs, and document client feedback.
• Build strong client relationships to improve retention & satisfaction.
• Participate in team briefings, product updates & skill-building sessions.
