Job summary

Country Farms Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Trade Marketing & E-Commerce Executive in Malaysia to bridge marketing strategy with operational execution across online marketplaces. You will manage storefronts, promotions, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse teams, analyze sales performance, and support events and POSM activation to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or trade marketing.
• Platform familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel; Canva design/editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: develop and execute trade promotions, product launches, and integrated consumer campaigns.
• Channel Collaboration: design high-impact trade programs with channel partners and key accounts.
• Events & POSM Management: plan and execute POSM, merchandise, trade shows, roadshows and brand events.
• Market Insights: conduct store visits, audits, and competitor checks to identify trends and opportunities.
• Storefront Management: oversee listings, pricing, promos, and stock on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
• Fulfillment Oversight: track orders through fulfillment and coordinate with Warehouse for timely dispatch.
• Campaign Coordination: align e-commerce campaigns with KAMs and platform reps.
• Customer Journey: handle order changes, returns, and inquiries to protect brand reputation.
• Payment Reconciliation: audit platform fees, payouts, and commissions with Finance.
