Job summary

DELI MALAYSIA E-COMMERCE SDN BHD is seeking a strategic business leader to drive growth in the local e-commerce market. You will develop a 3–5 year strategic roadmap, set priorities for execution across departments, and translate plans into actionable annual objectives and budgets.

You will lead category and promotion management, oversee advertising and digital marketing plans (including Facebook Ads), support new product launches, and ensure operational targets are met through performance

Qualifications

• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen with leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce market analysis, store performance analysis, and product positioning.
• Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, high market sensitivity, and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent product positioning knowledge with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and usage scenarios.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn, summarize experiences, and improve business processes.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 3–5 year strategic roadmap with growth initiatives.
• Develop annual e-commerce business plan and cascade objectives.
• Drive implementation of annual plan with goal management and evaluations.
• Establish a sales review mechanism and monitor progress against targets.
• Create sales plans and promotional strategies for key product categories and projects.
• Plan promotional strategies and budgets for major platform campaigns.
• Develop monthly paid advertising plans and budgets, including Facebook Ads.
• Assist Marketing in new product launches and initial orders.
• Optimize workflow for new listings and promotions.
