Tronas Electronic Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in Kuala Lumpur. You will develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and promote products to a diverse client base.

You will identify opportunities, demonstrate products, negotiate terms, and collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns while tracking activity in CRM to meet targets.

Competenze

• Proven track record of success in a sales or sales & marketing role, ideally within electronics/tech.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools and systems.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities and potential clients within assigned territories or market segments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase features, benefits and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst protecting company interests.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer feedback and opportunities for business improvement.
