Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within Rubber/Polymer industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in presentation and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with sales pipeline management and CRM systems.
• Has own transport and can work independently.
• Chinese language literacy is required; Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and follow up on new sales leads to expand the company's customer base.
