Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of related sales/marketing experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license; travel required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Energetic, independent and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Carry out marketing and sales functions to meet company and department goals.
• Know products well and advise customers accordingly.
• Take orders and review delivery capability.
• Document customers’ needs and coordinate with department heads to fulfill requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and liaise with other departments as needed.
• Issue PDM and ECN forms upon confirming orders.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Inform QA about customer complaints and follow up actions.
• Communicate customer safety, product liability and chemical management requirements to Environment and QA Departments Managers.
