Job summary

BESLEY & PIKE (S) PTE LTD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing sales team on a full-time basis. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales or a customer-facing role, strong communication, and proven ability to meet targets. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office, plus English and Malay language skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with proactive business development.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysia market advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages a plus.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure loyalty.
