Job summary

Atlas Media, a growth marketing agency, seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist (Media Buyer) to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms for clients in fast-growing sectors. You will translate data into action, manage budgets, and collaborate with content strategists and designers to improve ROAS.

Minimum 2 years of media buying experience in an agency setting.
Experience managing campaigns targeting the Singapore market.
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA.
Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
Analyze campaign data and identify actionable insights for scaling performance.
Collaborate with content strategists, designers, editors, and account managers to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Prepare client reports and communicate campaign performance clearly.
Manage advertising budgets responsibly and efficiently.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
