Hoppi Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive online revenue growth through performance marketing, Shopify store optimisation, EDM, and CRM.

You will own day-to-day campaign setup, Shopify operations, CRM automation, and website enhancements to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention. The role emphasizes hands-on execution across paid ads, email workflows, and analytics, with collaboration across Growth, Creative, Marketing, and Customer Experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant digital marketing or DTC eCommerce experience.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance campaign optimisation.
• Proficiency in Shopify store management, website optimisation, product management, and promotional campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar EDM/CRM platforms, including email campaigns, customer segmentation, and automation flows.
• Good understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, LTV and retention rates.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end digital marketing execution while providing guidance and support to junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Plan, set up, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Manage budgets, performance and audience targeting to hit revenue targets.
• Oversee Shopify store operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
• Execute EDM campaigns and lifecycle automations in Klaviyo.
• Analyse campaigns and report on ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Marketing, and CX teams.
