Qualifications

• Degree in Sales, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create targeted content and ad creatives for parents and teens in Malaysia.
• Manage presence across social platforms with engaging, conversion-focused posts.
• Develop landing pages, lead forms, and funnels to drive sign-ups, including retargeting.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve ads, messaging, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Admissions to align campaigns with enrollment goals.
• Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up to convert.
• Propose promotions and bundles to drive urgency and sign-ups.
• Monitor competitors and generate innovative ideas to stay ahead.
• Craft persuasive ad copy, blog posts, emails, and video scripts.
• Support reputation management by responding professionally to comments and reviews.
• Capture student success stories and testimonials.
