Job summary

Ha Li Fa Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Executive to drive growth across Shopee, LazMall, TikTok Shop, and RedMart. The role covers listings, stock, campaigns, and influencer coordination from a remote/hybrid base in Malaysia.

You will manage live streams support and collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and effective campaigns, with a focus on Singapore and regional markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, e-Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken command in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Shopee, LazMall/Lazada, TikTok Shop, and RedMart (including SAP order processing).
• Maintain product listings, stock levels, hero images, and product descriptions.
• Set up platform vouchers, flash deals, and mega campaign participation.
• Identify and reach out to content creators/influencers, arrange PR boxes/samples, and brief creators prior to livestreams.
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance to optimize conversions.
