Job summary

Skinmade is seeking a Campaign Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms. You will own campaign performance, drive GMV and conversions, and collaborate with content, creator/affiliate, livestream, and performance marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, data-driven, and capable of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in campaign marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or major platforms.
• Understanding of campaign mechanics and e-commerce drivers.
• Ability to analyse performance and drive GMV, revenue, and conversions.
• Experience coordinating content, creative, livestream, and performance teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with external agencies/partners.
• Proactive, accountable, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Own campaign performance and drive GMV, conversions, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate content, creator/affiliate, livestream, and performance teams.
• Provide strategic input to content and creatives; optimise engagement and conversion.
• Drive channel and livestream performance through data analysis and collaboration.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to align campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance; deliver actionable insights.
• Identify issues and drive cross-functional solutions for execution.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Company.
