Job summary

Skinmade is seeking an Affiliate & KOL Specialist to grow our creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, KOLs, and content creators while collaborating with Marketing, Content, Livestream, and E-commerce teams to optimize campaigns.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate campaigns from planning to launch, prepare briefs and tracking links, and ensure brand compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in affiliate marketing or influencer programs.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliates or creators.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Comfort negotiating paid, barter, or affiliate deals.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage creator relationships across platforms.
• Coordinate campaigns from planning to execution.
• Prepare briefs, product information, and tracking links.
• Monitor performance metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, ROI/ROAS).
• Ensure brand and platform compliance.
• Maintain creator databases and prepare reports.
