is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager specializing in TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive growth and profitability across both platforms. You will oversee campaigns, optimize ads, manage content, collaborations with creators, and monitor performance metrics to lift GMV, traffic, and conversion while protecting margins. Collaborate with marketing and product teams, ensure stock availability, and report weekly results to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing both TikTok Shop and Shopee is compulsory.
• Proven experience growing marketplace sales while maintaining profitability.
• Strong experience with TikTok Shop advertising and Shopee Ads.
• Strong understanding of TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop and Shopee growth strategies across brand portfolio.
• Take ownership of sales, GMV, traffic, conversion and profitability targets across both platforms.
• Analyse performance by platform, product, SKU, campaign and traffic source.
• Monitor key metrics including GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, ACOS, advertising spend, CTR, orders, cancellation rate and return rate.
• Evaluate profitability after product costs, platform fees, advertising, affiliate commissions and promotional discounts.
• Identify why sales increase or decrease, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify underperforming products and develop recovery plans.
• Plan TikTok Shop growth through shoppable videos, livestreams and creator collaborations.
• Work with content creators and livestream hosts on product selection, selling points, offers and content schedules.
• Analyse video and livestream performance, including traffic, engagement, product clicks, conversion and sales.
• Recruit and manage relevant creators and affiliates, including product seeding, commission planning and performance tracking.
