Job summary

SRKK Group is seeking a BD Executive to grow our capabilities development solutions business in Malaysia. You will find new opportunities, assess customer needs, and tailor training solutions that convert opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities include promoting public programmes, developing in-house corporate training, and closing deals while building strong relationships with HR, L&D and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, training, technology or professional services.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers and decision-makers.
• Positive, energetic and target-driven.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Basic salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500/month; Performance bonus; EPF, SOCSO & EIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell our public training programmes.
• Identify and develop in-house corporate training opportunities.
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, managers and business leaders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with our programme team.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Programme teams to generate new opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
