Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of leadership in sales or business development.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance/Economics; professional qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and revenue growth across agency sales, customer acquisition and channels.
• Own top-line and bottom-line growth for the business growth function.
• Develop teams and relationships to deliver targets.
• Strengthen government servant market reach through agency and channel management.
• Present updates and growth recommendations to management.
• Ensure activities comply with governance and regulatory expectations.
