Job summary

Jora Malaysia is creating a new business development role focused on the precision engineering and precision machining sector. The successful candidate will work with the Sales Team to identify opportunities, expand the customer base, and secure new projects.

This position requires a degree in business or engineering and at least two years in BD or sales, with strong communication, proposal, and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Experience in precision engineering, precision machining, or contract manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
• Strong network within the precision engineering industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.
• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
