Job summary

ACT Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Executive for an on-site role in Klang. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and drive lead generation across target markets and industries.

You will manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to propose Oracle and Business Continuity solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in business development, sales, lead generation or account management.
• Strong B2B development and lead generation to identify prospects and build a sales pipeline.
• Solid account management skills for nurturing client relationships and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confident presentations.
• Experience in technology/ICT or enterprise software, ideally Oracle-related, is highly beneficial.
• Able to collaborate with technical/consulting teams and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client meetings.
• Attend client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
• Track performance against sales targets and assist in tender proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain CRM records.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management.
