Thousands Of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm) is seeking a Growth Manager or Senior Growth Manager to drive measurable, sustainable user growth for BiteShorts across awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral and monetisation.

Collaborate with Product, Content, Design and Data to build repeatable growth systems and align with business value. If you have hands-on experience with major ad platforms and a proven track record of scaling users, this is your role.

Qualifications

Experience leading growth initiatives for consumer apps with measurable outcomes.
Ability to manage budgets and quantify channel performance (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS).
Proven track record turning installs into active, retained users.

Responsibilities

Own user-growth targets across paid, organic, creator, social, referral and search initiatives.
Improve onboarding, activation and time-to-value in product flows.
Enhance engagement and retention through content, notifications, rewards and re-engagement.
Run regular growth experiments with clear success metrics.
Build growth dashboards, weekly reviews and playbooks; allocate budgets.
Align growth initiatives with business value and monetisation goals.
