Job summary

Thousands of Years Media Sdn Bhd (ToYm) is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and developing long-term relationships with existing accounts. You will identify opportunities, present advertising and media solutions, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver sustainable revenue across ToYm's advertising, media, entertainment, digital services and product lines.

The role requires at least 3 years in business development or related commercial roles

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in business development, media sales, advertising sales, key account management, or related commercial roles.
Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies and partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and proposals to promote solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations tailored to objectives.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to secure partnerships.
Develop long-term account growth strategies within existing clients.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Production teams to deliver client solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain sales pipelines, account records and activity reports.
Represent ToYm at networking events and industry functions.
