Thousands of Years Media Sdn Bhd (ToYm) seeks a Data and Growth Analyst to build the data foundation behind BiteShorts. You will understand user sources, costs, usage, retention drivers, and monetisation to turn analysis into decisions.

You will own dashboards across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue and LTV; measure CPI/CAC/ROAS; support growth tests; and translate insights into action to drive measurable growth.

Qualificações

• We value the analysis you conducted and its impact over formal years or degrees.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential; SQL, GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Mixpanel/Amplitude and BI tools are valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards covering acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue and LTV.
• Analyse funnels, cohorts, attribution, segmentation and retention to identify drop-offs and opportunities.
• Measure CPI, CAC, CPA, ROAS and inform budget decisions on where to invest.
• Define measurement plans for Growth experiments and support A/B tests.
• Prepare weekly reports explaining changes, rationale and recommended actions.
