BizAdvisor Digital is hiring a Business Development Specialist for an on-site, full-time role in Kuala Lumpur (WP). You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, generate leads, and manage accounts to drive growth.

Market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with our consulting team are key parts of the role. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in business development, preferably in professional services or B2B sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years in Business Development, ideally in Professional Services, Financial or B2B Services, Banking and Fintech.
• Experience selling accounting, advisory, SaaS, or consulting services is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia a plus; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, founders, and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for our consulting team.
• Understand clients' business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
