Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer for Group Invoicing on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role is based in IOI City, Putrajaya, Malaysia, with working hours 9:00am–6:00pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Interpret fee schedules/fee agreements.
• Set up fee rates into system and templates.
• Retrieve and upload data for invoicing.
• Generate invoices and perform variance analysis.
• Validate invoices and send to clients.
• Follow up on aged receivables.
• Verify client authorization for payments.
• Address invoice payment mismatches and break items.
• Respond to client queries within KPI timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for consolidated client responses.
• Support departmental or enterprise-wide initiatives/projects.
