Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Team Manager for Group Invoicing (Fee Billing) at IOI City, Putrajaya. You will lead the invoicing team, plan business activities, and ensure efficient processes aligned with client-focused goals across Europe institutional services.

You will coach and develop talents, drive high performance, and manage succession planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate billing and timely cash flows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of people management experience in related processes and industry.
• Experience in client billing process and account receivables process.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services).
• Experience in People Management and People Development.
• Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client.
