PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Group HR Manager to oversee HR governance, policy management, and regulatory compliance across the Group. You will advise the MD and senior management on workforce risks and HR strategy while coordinating with business units to ensure consistency and cost control.

The role emphasizes manpower planning, compensation review, and talent development to strengthen organisational effectiveness and engagement across diversified business groups.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related discipline.
• Typically 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including group-level oversight
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements
• Experience in preparing management reports and advising senior management
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and employee benefits review
• Experience supporting HR practices across multiple business units or entities
• Experience in property development, hospitality or diversified business groups is an advantage
