TheDirector, Group Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end provisionof HumanResources services, policies, and programs across the Berhad group ofcompanies. This position ensures the HRfunction operates as a centralized, efficient shared service, drivingorganizational excellence and supporting business objectives.

Youwill provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all HR domains,including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations,performance management, learning & development, HR digitalization, andorganizational development.
