Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Cyberjaya, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to oversee timely and accurate group reporting across IFRS, HKFRS and Bermuda, plus management reporting. You will lead and coach a team, consolidate local unit submissions, and ensure compliance with Group policies while supporting Group Office.

Requirements: degree in Accountancy with ACCA or equivalent; 8+ years in a multinational environment with leadership experience; insurance/financial services

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multinational financial reporting or auditing.
• 4+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• Experience in insurance/financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consolidate financial reporting across IFRS, EV, HKFRS, Bermuda and management reporting.
• Review analytical reviews and ensure compliance with Group standards.
• Coordinate with Group Office and local business units on reporting matters.
• Develop and implement process improvements for reporting templates and controls.
