Job summary

Keyfield Offshore Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a meticulous Finance Manager / Senior Manager to lead the preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts, quarterly interim financial statements, and annual financial statements.

You will coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors while overseeing overseas subsidiaries. You will report to the Group Chief Financial Officer, drive improvements in reporting systems, and assist with group budgeting, policy formulation, and cross-border

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or pursuing professional qualification (ACCA/MICPA/ICAEW/CPA).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in an international audit firm.
• Experience in consolidated financial statements and complex accounting matters.
• Big-five or international-listed company experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and variance analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Bursa Malaysia and FRFS requirements.
• Oversee subsidiary accounting and annual audited statements, including overseas entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors; compile supporting documentation.
• Enhance financial reporting systems and collaborate on group accounting policies.
