Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under IFRS, with a focus on managing reporting packages and insights into business performance.

You will support budgeting, audits, tax matters, and process improvements while coordinating with internal teams and headquarters. A 3–5 year track record in accounting firms or shared services is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Solid IFRS and statutory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Perform financial analysis on sales, gross profit, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, audits, tax matters, and process improvements with HQ.
