Qualifications

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group.
Perform intercompany reconciliation and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances.
Review subsidiary financial reports for consistency with Group policies.
Manage consolidation adjustments and journal entries.
Ensure timely completion of group reporting deadlines.
Prepare management reports and financial analysis for senior management.
Support annual external audit and coordinate with auditors.
Monitor and improve internal controls related to financial reporting.
