Job summary

TITIJAYA LAND BERHAD in Malaysia seeks a Group Finance Manager to lead end-to-end group consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate consolidated statements, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge, at least 7 years in group consolidation or external audit, and hands-on experience with ERP or consolidation tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in group consolidation or external audit with a reputable firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and group accounting mechanics.
• Proven ability to manage tight reporting deadlines and complex group structures.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or consolidation system upgrades/implementations.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Ensure full compliance with MFRS/IFRS and group accounting policies.
• Oversee group budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Senior Management and the Board.
• Manage and coordinate external audit processes with efficient timelines and quality deliverables.
• Drive reporting automation, process optimisation, and internal control enhancements across group entities.
• Lead or support accounting system upgrades/implementations (ERP, consolidation tools, reporting systems).
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Business Units to support strategic decision-making.
• Handle ad hoc accounting, reporting, and strategic assignments as required by Management and the Board.
