Job summary

PET WORLD NUTRITIONS SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to steer the Group's graphic design function. You will oversee the team, translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals, and ensure consistency across brands and campaigns.

You will develop design standards, manage external vendors, and stay ahead of trends and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and storytelling across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 8–10 years of graphic design/creative experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading a design team and managing multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, branding, color and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group's graphic design team and creative workflow.
• Develop and maintain brand identities and visual guidelines across all group companies.
• Translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Manage multiple brands and projects while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Establish creative standards, templates and efficient design processes across the Group.
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, photographers and other vendors as needed.
• Stay updated on design trends and AI tools for cutting-edge visuals.
• Oversee timelines, priorities and resource allocation across group companies.
• Build a centralized Group Creative function supporting different business units.
• Create a scalable design system and asset library for the Group.
