Job summary

Shape Brands seeks a senior creative leader to define brand standards across digital channels, based in Malaysia. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and build a scalable, on-brand creative system that moves quickly.

You will set visuals, video, and copy guidelines, create scalable production workflows, review outputs for quality, and partner with marketing to translate briefs into actionable plans with clear timelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in agency/brand environments
• 2–3 years leading a creative team
• Portfolio showing integrated direction across visuals, video, and copy

Responsibilities

• Defining visual, video, and copy standards and translating them into brand guidelines
• Building scalable production workflows, templates, and quality checkpoints
• Reviewing and approving day-to-day output to ensure assets are on-brand and platform-ready
• Coaching designers, video editors, and copywriters through structured critiques
• Partnering with marketing to convert briefs into actionable creative plans with clear timelines
