Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Graphic Design team.
• Define and communicate the overall creative vision and direction to team members.
• Mentor and inspire the creative and production teams to excel.
• Ensure design quality across all projects including concept, design and copywriting.
• Review submissions, guide revisions and approve final executions.
• Lead diverse projects across social media, decks, digital design, video, packaging and print.
• Initiate and execute design projects for POS, ads, collateral, packaging and website assets.
• Provide creative input and production support to marketing.
• Oversee graphic design production for overseas markets when required.
• Conceptualize and execute design materials as needed.
