Job summary

WIDE TROPISM TRADING SDN. BHD. (Love Earth Organic) is seeking a Creative Lead to drive the brand's visual direction and maintain high-quality design outputs.

You will oversee a design team, ensure brand consistency, and manage end-to-end production across offline and digital channels. You will collaborate with marketing to uphold brand CI standards, supervise daily design requests, and coordinate with procurement for print production.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, with 1–2 years in leadership or senior capacity.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Gemini, Midjourney) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual communication, and design principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in print production or structural creative assets is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Scope:

You will be responsible for setting the creative direction of the brand, ensuring the quality and consistency of all design outputs, and leading the team in delivering compelling creative assets across multiple channels.

• Develop and maintain campaign key visuals, uphold brand CI standards across all team outputs, and set the creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
• Serve as the primary custodian of the brand's visual identity working closely with marketing team.
• Oversee daily design request management, job assignment to junior designers, and deadlines management.
• Ensure all creative outputs are reviewed and approved to the required standard before delivery. Establish and maintain creative SOPs and design systems to support a consistent and efficient workflow.
• Lead end-to-end creative team production across offline and digital channels. Manage pre-production proofing and print-ready file checks.
• Manage print supplier relationships jointly with procurement team including production coordination & specifications, colour proofing process and ensure all printed materials meet quality standards prior to sign-off.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
