Job summary

WIDE TROPISM TRADING SDN. BHD. (Love Earth Organic) is seeking a Creative Lead to drive the brand's visual direction and maintain high-quality design outputs.

You will oversee a design team, ensure brand consistency, and manage end-to-end production across offline and digital channels. You will collaborate with marketing to uphold brand CI standards, supervise daily design requests, and coordinate with procurement for print production.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role, with 1–2 years in leadership or senior capacity.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Gemini, Midjourney) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of brand identity, visual communication, and design principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in print production or structural creative assets is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative direction of the brand and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Lead the team in delivering creative assets across channels.
• Oversee design requests, assign tasks to junior designers, and manage deadlines.
• Review and approve outputs to required standards; establish SOPs and design systems.
• Lead end-to-end creative production across offline and digital channels; manage pre-production and print checks.
• Manage print supplier relationships with procurement for production coordination and quality compliance.
