Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia seeks a senior Concept Visualizer to lead design projects across web design, social campaigns and corporate branding. You will guide the design team, review concepts, and ensure a consistent, high-quality output aligned with client goals.

You will train staff on SOPs, UI/UX principles and best practices, collaborating with sales and marketing to deliver creative campaigns on time and within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with 35 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Concept Visualizer for projects related to Web Design, Social Media Campaigns, and Corporate Branding.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the design team, including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.
• Train team members in design SOPs and best practices, including UI/UX principles, white space utilization, and other design concepts.
• Work closely with clients, as well as internal Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
