Job summary

Brilionjaya sdn bhd is seeking a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join Kösa Coffee. You will craft social media content, design posters, menus and campaigns, and shoot assets at outlets and events.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will work with the marketing team to keep visuals fresh and on-trend. The role requires a Diploma/Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or Creative Media, and proficiency with Canva, Adobe, CapCut

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
• Experience with multimedia, marketing, or creative media is a plus.
• Strong eye for design and visual trends.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Create social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.

Design posters, promotional materials, menus, campaigns and in-store visuals.

Create Reels, photos, Stories and short-form videos featuring our coffee, food, people and café moments.

Help develop creative ideas for new product launches, promotions and campaigns.

Take photos/videos at our outlets and events.

Keep our brand visuals fresh, consistent and on-trend.

Organise design files, photos and content assets.

Work with the marketing team to plan and execute content.

Diploma/Degree or relevant experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Creative Media or similar.

Comfortable with Canva, Adobe, CapCut or other creative tools.

Good eye for design, photography and visual trends.

Active on social media and understands what makes content engaging.

Creative, curious and willing to experiment.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
