Job summary

Fusion Butter Cake in Malaysia is seeking a creative, responsible Graphic Designer to join our team. You will design marketing and branding materials and help build a stronger brand.

You'll plan photo and video shoots, create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and digital advertising, and collaborate with Marketing to turn ideas into visuals. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Photography, videography and video editing skills will be an advantage
• Good sense of design, layout, typography and visual presentation
• Creative and willing to contribute new ideas
• Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the Marketing Team
• Willing to learn, accept feedback and continuously improve
• Understanding of social media content and current trends will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Graphic & Brand Design: Design marketing and branding materials such as menu, brochure, poster, packaging box, non-woven bag, promotional materials, mascot and more
• Develop creative visuals for festive campaigns, new products and new outlet openings
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across online and offline materials
• Work closely with Marketing Team to turn marketing ideas into effective visual communication
• Good design is not only about looking beautiful — it should help customers understand, remember and trust the brand.
• Photo, Video & Social Media Content: Plan and prepare photo & video shooting based on the company's marketing plan
• Shoot products, outlets, campaigns, events and lifestyle content
• Create and edit visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Rednot and digital advertising
• Continuously explore new creative ideas, content styles and visual trends
• You will work closely with Marketing to turn our products and stories into content that customers want to watch and share.
• Founder IP & Brand Building: Fusion is starting to build our Founder IP as part of our long-term branding strategy
• You will work together with Management and Marketing to:
• Plan shooting topics and prepare content materials
• Shoot and edit short-form videos
• Turn founder stories, product knowledge, business experiences and company culture into engaging content
• Help build a stronger connection and trust between our founder, customers and the Fusion brand

We are looking for someone who can use design, visual and content to help us build a stronger brand.

What You Will Do

1. Graphic & Brand Design

Design marketing and branding materials such as menu, brochure, poster, packaging box, non-woven bag, promotional materials, mascot and more

Develop creative visuals for festive campaigns, new products and new outlet openings

Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across online and offline materials

3. Founder IP & Brand Building

Fusion is starting to build our Founder IP as part of our long-term branding strategy.

You will work together with Management and Marketing to:

Plan shooting topics and prepare content materials

Shoot and edit short-form videos

Turn founder stories, product knowledge, business experiences and company culture into engaging content

Help build a stronger connection and trust between our founder, customers and the Fusion brand

What We Are Looking For

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Photography, videography and video editing skills will be an advantage

Good sense of design, layout, typography and visual presentation

Creative and willing to contribute new ideas

Responsible, organised and able to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and collaborate with the Marketing Team
