Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to KÖSA Coffee standards and recipes
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
• Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Handle customer payments accurately and assist with cashier duties
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café, including the coffee bar, dining area, tables, and equipment
• Work closely with the kitchen and café team to ensure smooth daily operations
