Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northern Region during the 12-month program.
• Rotations may be conducted across multiple sites and teams within the region.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity and service excellence.
• Gain exposure to inbound, outbound, inventory management, order fulfillment and value-added services.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in daily operational meetings and problem-solving activities.
• Assist supervisors in workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Support implementation of Lean, Continuous Improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer requirements.
