Job summary

PERSOL Business Service is seeking a recruitment-focused professional in Kuala Lumpur to pre-screen, interview and register applicants. You will create candidate profiles, manage resourcing pools and handle inbound calls while meeting SLA targets.

The role requires English fluency, ERP/MS Office experience and strong stakeholder communication. You will engage with Australian stakeholders on Australia-time shifts and contribute to pipeline development and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment or customer service roles.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with ERP, digital recruitment tools and MS Office.
• Client-focused with interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience meeting SLA and KPIs.
• Available to work 7am-4pm Australia time.
• Comfortable communicating with Australian stakeholders in resourcing activities.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screening and interviewing applicants and ensuring registrations are completed.
• Create candidate profiles and update comments in our system promptly.
• Attend inbound calls with minimal abandoned calls.
• Manage resourcing pool from assigned job orders promptly.
• Utilize job database, search engines and social channels effectively.
• Provide regular reporting on job order rates and success metrics.
• Attend meetings with customers to improve delivery.
• Proactively build a pipeline and resolve escalations from customers and candidates.
• Ensure communications are consistent with stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks and data integrity across projects.
