Atlas Copco is seeking a Graduate Intern in Customer Service to join the team in Shah Alam, Malaysia, supporting customers across Malaysia and Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to order management, CRM processes, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Receive purchase orders from the Equipment Sales team and process orders in the CRM system (C4C).
• Monitor and manage customer orders through the processing cycle.
• Communicate with customers and sales teams via email/phone regarding updates.
• Build relationships with customers and address questions promptly.
• Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Coordinate with Sales, Business Line Managers, and Credit Control on credit checks.
• Ensure timely execution of orders and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Master Data teams to maintain data accuracy.
• Liaise with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Identify and elevate customer service issues and support resolutions.

Your day-to-day

• Receive purchase orders (POs) from the Equipment Sales team and process customer orders accurately in the CRM system (C4C).
• Monitor and manage customer orders throughout the order processing cycle.
• Communicate proactively with customers and sales teams via email and phone regarding order updates and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing questions, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support efforts to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Work closely with Frontline Sales and Business Line Managers to support customer requirements before, during, and after a purchase.
• Coordinate with Sales Personnel, Business Line Managers, and Credit Control teams on credit check requirements.
• Ensure timely execution of all customer orders and support initiatives to maintain outstanding order management performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Master Data teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Liaise with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
• Identify and elevate customer service issues proactively while supporting effective resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and trade compliance is advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles, practices, and professional etiquette.
• Good administrative and documentation management skills.
