Job summary

Continental is seeking a motivated intern/entry-level candidate in Malaysia to support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking. You will assist with order creation, documentation, and system updates while monitoring status and following up with customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking.
• Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Support new workflow implementation during transition.
• Handle additional tasks as part of restructure support activities.
