Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Graduate HR Operations Advisor (Lifecycle Operations) to join the team for a 2027 start. You will help manage onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract preparation, while coordinating HR lifecycle processes and policy updates.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams, providing admin support and assisting audits to ensure data accuracy and process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation;
• Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates;
• Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives;
• Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance;
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records;
• Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
