Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an HR Lifecycle Operations Advisor to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, job status changes, and offboarding, while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes driving process improvements, enhancing stakeholder satisfaction, and partnering with regional HR teams to optimize operations across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters and offboarding).
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Highly proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR transactions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements;
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, and HR Operations teams across regions, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Optimize employee lifecycle processes by driving continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements;
• Support regional and global initiatives focused on improving HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
