Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme (GETP) is a 12-month structured development programme designed for entry level engineering graduates. The programme provides practical experience and technical exposure through hands‑on learning, challenging assignments, and cross‑functional rotations.
Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees may be offered a permanent position as an Engineer based on performance, assessment results, and business requirements. A completion bonus will also be awarded in accordance with the Company’s terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
Work alongside experienced engineers to support daily operations and gain practical engineering experience.
Undertake technical and analytical assignments to develop engineering competencies and problem‑solving skills.
Support operational excellence initiatives in areas such as manufacturing operations, manpower planning, project management, process control, automation, technical support, and continuous improvement.
Complete structured job rotations across various departments / sections to gain a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations.
Participate in engineering projects and deliver assigned tasks that contribute to business objectives and professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or another relevant engineering discipline.
Strong academic record; candidates with a high CGPA will have an added advantage.
Strong interest in manufacturing operations, process engineering, automation, and engineering solutions.
Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or PLC programming would be an added advantage.
Final‑year engineering students seeking internship placements are also welcome to apply.
