Job Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme (GETP) is a 12-month structured development programme designed for entry level engineering graduates. The programme provides practical experience and technical exposure through hands-on learning, challenging assignments, and cross-functional rotations.

Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees may be offered a permanent position as an Engineer based on performance, assessment results, and business requirements. A completion bonus will also be awarded in accordance with the Company's terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced engineers to support daily operations and gain practical engineering experience.
