Job summary

Only World Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead The TOP Penang, driving revenue growth, profitability and exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee multiple departments and align commercial, operational and support functions to achieve business objectives.

The role requires a strong background in P&L management, strategic leadership and proven success in large-scale hospitality/entertainment operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree required with 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience managing large-scale operations in theme parks, attractions, hospitality, tourism, or entertainment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage overall business performance and profitability.
Drive revenue growth across diverse commercial channels including ticketing, events, and venue rentals.
Develop and execute sales, marketing and business development strategies.
Oversee guest experience, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Direct F&B operations focusing on revenue, cost, and quality targets.
Ensure smooth daily operations of attractions, rides and events.
Monitor budgets, P&L, costs and financial controls.
Develop Heads of Department and foster a high-performance team.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Support teams.
